One World by Night LARP

Secundus Surrectum Overview

Small and isolated, the Camarilla domain of Phoenix, Arizona is penned in with Sabbat to the South, Anarchs to the North, and the desert wastelands of lupines to the East and West. Struggling to maintain a strong Camarilla presence in this harsh environment, so close to the dangerous stronghold of Sabbat that is Mexico, this domain is not for the faint of heart. Razed of all Kindred life in the wake of Rabbat’s passage, this still-young domain, formed by Justicarial decree, fights to make a name and a place for itself in the Camarilla.

Secundus Surrectum is a Phoenix-area member chronicle of One World by Night, a worldwide, networked live-action game. It is a Camarilla-genre Vampire game, using Laws of the Night Revised Rules for Playing Vampires as the primary rules source. The chronicle has run continuously since early 2001, playing twice monthly.

Please note that One World by Night does not use Time of Judgment materials.

Convention Game

Perhaps it is a cliché that Clan Toreador is fond of parties, but Kieran Sweeney of Clan Toreador, though he arrived in the domain only last year, has already begun to make a name for himself. He is not always well loved, but his skill as a muralist and an artist, are always well respected. Because he, “damn well thinks the domain needs a party,” he is hosting a three-night gala event. Some might consider it brash, given his short time in the domain, but others would consider it par for the course given his less than orthodox behavior and choice of artistic medium. But few are willing to say such to his face, let things come to blows…or worse: a face full of spray-paint.

No doubt the Prince will hold a grand court for the occasion, to welcome visitors, and Clans will meet privately for…. real business. Like any major gathering or special party, these will be nights where Prestation is king, politics the order of the day, and plans finally come to fruition. See you there...
