Please be aware that memberships are not refundable. If you find you cannot use your membership you may transfer it to someone else. If we are notified of the transfer, in writing, by May 31, there will be no charge to transfer the membership. After May 31 and at the door there will be a $2 charge to cover the costs of remaking the badge.

Please remember that checks that are returned for NSF will be charged a fee of $25 in addition to the membership cost. If resending the membership by mail prior to the convention please send a money order.

If you wish to pay at the convention, we accept checks, money orders, credit cards and cash. Sorry, we do not accept gold bullion or stock certificates at this time.

Children Membership Rates

Children need to be accompanied by a responsible adult. Child badges will be connected to the Supervising Adult's badge. Unruly children will result in both child and supervising adult being warned, further issues may result in removal of child and adult.

CHILDREN under 5 are FREE.
CHILDREN 5 - 11 are HALF PRICE
MINORS 12 and over are FULL PRICE

You Save MONEY; Save Up To $15.00 Off The Full-Price Admission if you register before November 30, 2007.
You will be guaranteed a Convention Tote with free stuff in it! (Limited Supply. Only Pre-registered attendees are guaranteed a tote - Remaining totes will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. Bags not picked up by Saturday @ 12:00 noon will be given to walk-ins
You can RESERVE SEATS in your favorite games! Pre-registering allows you to reserve seats so your favorite games are waiting for you! Don't take a chance that the best games will be full, reserve your seat now!!
You can inform us of your gaming needs. On your registration form, be sure to list the games and events you want to see. By registering early you allow us to help customize the convention to you. This is YOUR gaming convention!

How Can I SAVE Even More MONEY?

Active Military Personnel: We at ConEvents salute you! Valid active military ID's shown when registering at the door will get you a $5.00 discount on the day of the event!
