The con is almost here, please stop by and our on site registration team will sell you a badge at the door.

Event Pre-Registration is now closed. You will need to buy your Badge at Con!

Please be aware that memberships are not refundable. If you find you cannot use your membership you may transfer it to someone else. If we are notified of the transfer, in writing, by July 10, there will be no charge to transfer the membership. After July 10 and at the door there will be a $2 charge to cover the costs of remaking the badge.

Please remember that checks that are returned for NSF will be charged a fee of $25 in addition to the membership cost. If resending the membership by mail prior to the convention please send a money order. If you wish to pay at the convention please bring cash.

Membership Rates

  • $25.00 thru December 31st, 2005
  • $30.00 thru June 30th, 2006
  • $35.00 at the door

Children Membership Rates

Children need to be accompanied by a responsible adult. Child badges will be connected to the Supervising Adult's badge. Unruly children will result in both child and supervising adult being warned, futher issues may result in removal of child and adult.

  • Children under 5 are free.
  • Children between 5 and 12 are listed below:
    • $11.00 thru December 31st, 2005
    • $13.00 thru June 30th, 2006
    • $15.00 at the door
  • Minors over 12 are full price.

Why should I pre-register?

  • You save Money; Save up to $10.00 off the full price admission if you register before December 31, 2005.
  • You save Time; Your ID Badge will be ready on the day of the Convention, no need to wait in long lines, more time to game.
  • You can attend the Special Thursday Night, Pre-registered Events. Get a jump on the gaming action with open gaming starting Thursday Morning!
  • You will be entered in a prize drawing. (Note: you must also pre-register with hotel to qualify for prize drawing) The prize drawing will be held Thursday with but not limited to the following prizes; Free Phoenix ConGames 2007 Membership's, Dealers Room Gift Coupon's Good during the Convention, Even a free Room Night at the Hotel!
  • You can inform us of your gaming needs. On your registration form, be sure to list the games and events you want to see. By registering early you allow us to help customize the convention to you. This is your Gaming Convention!

How Can I save Even More Money?

  • Run an Event at this years convention. See the Event Coordinators Page for details on running events.
  • Active Military Personnel: We at ConEvents Salute you. Valid Active Military ID's shown when registering at the door will get you a $5.00 discount on the day of the event. Our hats off to you!
