ConEvents LLC would like to thank you for volunteering to be an event coordinator. It is due to the efforts of our volunteers that we are able to put on the best gaming events in the state. You have our appreciation for the donation of your time and your willingness to contribute your gaming knowledge to make this event great. We in turn hope to make your convention experience a pleasurable one.
The following guide contains everything you need to know about submitting events, the expectations we have of you, and that you can have of us. You should read through all of this material. If your event is accepted you must agree to abide by all of the conditions listed in the below documents. By submitting events, we assume that you have read and understood all the requirements and agree to the conditions contained herein.
