CONEVENTS is working with our speakers, hotel and merchants to ensure that our attendees are able to enjoy the ICE Escape 2006 Writers Conference as economically as possible.

Pre-Registration is required to guarantee an agent or editor appointment.

Please be aware that memberships are not refundable. If you find you cannot use your membership you may transfer it to someone else. If we are notified of the transfer, in writing, by March 10, there will be no charge to transfer the membership. After March 10 and at the door there will be a $5 charge to cover the costs of remaking the badge.

Please remember that checks that are returned for NSF will be charged a fee of $25 in addition to the membership cost. If resending the membership by mail prior to the convention please send a money order. If you wish to pay at the convention please bring cash.
