Merchant / Exhibitor Booths

Merchant/Exhibitor booths at the ICE Escape 2004 Writers Convention are $400 (for 8x8 booth, table/2 chairs, pipe & drape, electric included). For more information, select the "Merchants" on the left menu.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

To further highlight your company, become a sponsor at the Ice Escape 2005 Convention! If you are unable to attend in person, but would like your company to be represented, a sponsorship package is also a terrific opportunity to make your presence known!

We've done our best to make sponsoring ICE Escape 2005 Writers Convention affordable and beneficial to you! Some of the larger packages have been divided into smaller sections, giving you the opportunity to sponsor all or part of those items.

All advertisements and sponsorship packages come with a program book, as well as flyer or promo inclusion in our attendee totes. Program books will be mailed at the end of the convention to the sponsoring companies not able to attend.

(Important Note: Companies wanting to Sponsor by providing their own promotional material, such as Totes or Lanyards, etc, may do so. If promotional material is provided by the Sponsoring company, the cost of the Sponsoring Package will be waived, and additional package benefits will be given to Sponsoring Company. (N/A on Coffee/Refreshment Package) Companies providing their own promotional material for Sponsorship must have it approved, and quantities must be the same as the corresponding Sponsor Package.)

#1: $2500 Lanyards (1 Package Available)

Event badges will be hanging on lanyards bearing your logo. Advertise your company to each of our attendees with your company name, website, or other info. This package includes:

  • 2500 - Lanyards (avail. In White, Black, Red, Royal Blue, or Navy Blue)
  • Full Page Ad In Program Book
  • Promo Material In Totes

#2: $1000 Totes (Partial Sponsorship / 2 Packages Available)

Put your name and company logo on our 15" x 18" plastic tote! We'll be filling it full of goodies and giving it to all of our attendees to keep when they pick up their badge. Your logo will fill the event as everyone carries his or hers around! This package includes:

  • 1000 - 15 x 18 Plastic Totes w/ 2-Color Logo
  • Full Page Ad In Program Book
  • Promo Material In Totes
  • Complimentary Program Book
  • Sponsorship Status and Link on WebPage
#3: $500 Coffee/Refreshments Station (Partial Sponsorship / 5 Packages Available)

We will have numerous refreshment stations at the convention fully stocked with coffee, tea and water. Located in proximity to the registration area, exhibit floor, the agent area and the alternate workshop areas, these will surely draw attention.

Your company will have a beautiful vinyl 6-foot wide, 2-foot tall, full-color banner with your art above the refreshment station for all attendees to see. This package includes:

  • 6' x 2' Banner w/Logo (Sponsor Provides Art)
  • 1/2 Page Ad In Program Book
  • Promo Material In Totes
  • Complimentary Program Book

#4: $375 Badge Holders (Partial Sponsorship / 2 Packages Available)

We offer a 2-pocket folded badge holder. The front pocket is 4" x 3" and the back pocket is 3" x 4". These are perfect for holding badges, as well as a few personal items. Your logo will be displayed on the badge holder. This package includes:

  • 1000 - Badge Holders
  • 1/4 Page Ad In Program Book
  • Promo Material In Totes
  • Complimentary Program Book
  • Sponsorship Status and Link on WebPage

Convention Program Book Advertising Information:

Deadline for advertisements is February 20th, 2005. Conference Program is 8 1/2 x 11. It will be provided to all attendees, advertisers, sponsors, and distributed throughout the Phoenix Valley. Extra Program Books may be ordered for $5 each.
